Day 15: Friday's Faces from the Past: Fearless Females: Six-Word Memoir

Today I'm combining two prompts, Friday's Faces From the Past and Women's History Month Daily Prompt.

March 15 Prompt — Write a six-word memoir tribute to one of your female ancestors.

This is a fantastic and difficult exercise as I tend to be very wordy! Everyone should try it! I chose three  of my grandmothers.

My grandmother Ethel Alzofon (Bloomfield): Beautiful soul. Xerox junkie. Misunderstood genius.

My step grandmother Noni Bogdanow: Comic Reliever. Peacemaker. Mother to all.

My great-grandmother Minnie Bloomfield (Crane): Stored Treasure. Soft Champion. Strong Tower.

Noni Bogdanow (third from the left) between my uncle Larry
and my grandfather Morris Bogdanow
Ethel Alzofon (to the right of the groom) and next to Minnie Crane.
I'm second from the right, next to my little sister and between my parents.

This is the only picture I have where my three amazing grandmother are in the same photograph making it a very special Faces from the Past Photo worth pulling out of the archives.
